1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details that you provide to us, such as your name, business name and email address. When you authorize the application, we process Amazon OAuth authorization tokens and Amazon seller business data retrieved through authorized Selling Partner API access. Depending on enabled features, that business data may include listings, listing content, pricing, inventory, fulfillment information, account performance information, financial events, settlements, fees, account statements, order status information and Brand Analytics data for eligible sellers. We also process basic website and service logs such as timestamps, request information and technical data used for security and service operation.

Supreme Seller Analytics does not access Amazon buyer personal information.

3. How we use information

We use seller-authorized information only to provide, operate, secure and support the Supreme Seller Analytics features described on this website. This includes synchronizing authorized seller data, displaying dashboards and reports, supporting listing and pricing workflows, presenting fulfillment, performance, financial, inventory and order information, providing Brand Analytics views for eligible sellers, and generating requested exports.

4. Storage and protection

Data transmitted to and from our services is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to systems and seller data is restricted using role-based controls to authorized personnel with a business need. Authorization credentials and tokens are stored securely and are not hard-coded into application source code or intentionally disclosed to unauthorized parties.

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell seller data. We do not share seller data for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. Information may be processed by essential infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or disclosed when required by applicable law.

6. Retention

We retain seller information only for as long as needed to provide and support the service, meet security requirements, resolve legitimate operational issues, or satisfy applicable legal obligations. We avoid retaining Amazon information longer than necessary for the authorized service purpose.

7. Deletion and disconnection

You may request deletion by contacting us. Seller data associated with the service is deleted after an applicable deletion request, service account closure or disconnection of the Amazon authorization, except for limited information that must be retained by law or necessary security records. Sellers can revoke the application's Amazon authorization through Seller Central.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and may ask questions about how information is handled. You may also disconnect the Amazon authorization at any time through Seller Central.

9. Amazon policy compliance

Our handling of Amazon information is designed to comply with applicable requirements of Amazon's Data Protection Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Solution Provider Portal Agreement. Amazon authorization does not mean that Amazon endorses Supreme Seller Analytics.

10. Security incidents

We maintain a documented process to identify, contain, investigate and remediate security incidents. For incidents involving Amazon information, we follow applicable Amazon notification requirements, including notification to Amazon within 24 hours of detection where required.

11. Cookies and website logs

This public website is designed to operate with minimal client-side storage and does not use advertising cookies. Basic technical logs may be generated by our hosting and security infrastructure to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and service.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, legal obligations or service features change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
